Drew Millard is a real estate entrepreneur and licensed Professional Engineer with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois. After eight years in engineering consulting, he founded 33 Realty in 2008, building a vertically integrated firm spanning brokerage, construction, leasing, maintenance, and property management—earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list three times.

In 2010, Drew co-founded 33 Capital Partners, where he led acquisitions, development, and operations, helping drive strong investor returns. Following the private equity sale of the 33 Family of Companies, he launched Concord Capital, focused on collaborative growth and long-term success. With over 15 years of experience, Drew combines technical expertise with a people-first leadership approach, both in business and in his community.

Stacy Mondrus is a financial strategist with over a decade of experience in real estate and corporate finance. A graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Stacy holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. She began her career in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising private equity clients through financial due diligence. Later, she served as a Managing Director in FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance Practice, where she contributed to high-profile restructuring cases, including the historic turnaround of GGP. Stacy joined the 33 Companies as CFO in 2012, playing a pivotal role in the firm's growth and 2022 sale. At Concord Capital, she leads financial strategy, capital structuring, and investor relations. When not at work, Stacy enjoys tennis and supporting her daughters in their sports endeavors.

Kevin Schnell brings over 12 years of multi-family and mixed-use real estate investment expertise to Concord Capital. He joined the firm in June 2023, following a successful tenure at a prominent Chicago-based owner/operator where he led Acquisitions and Dispositions, managing over $250 million in transactions across 150 deals. Kevin's responsibilities at Concord include sourcing new market-rate apartment investments, identifying emerging markets, underwriting, due diligence, and aiding asset management to meet performance targets. His analytical skills and strategic vision are essential to the firm's growth objectives. Kevin holds a BS in Finance from Miami University and is passionate about finding value in dynamic real estate markets.

Ryan Pecka brings over a decade of real estate experience with deep expertise in multi-family operations. Prior to joining Concord, he oversaw the management division of a Chicago-based real estate firm. At Concord, Ryan leads leasing strategy and asset management, while driving operational improvements, team accountability, and performance tracking. He plays a key role in aligning construction, leasing, and management efforts.

Matt Tracz is a recent graduate of Arizona State University, where he earned his degree in Business and Technology Solutions. He brings a strong foundation in construction management, gained through both hands-on experience and internships. At Concord, Matt supports all phases of project execution, including on-site property inspections, pre-acquisition due diligence, construction oversight, and coordinating project timelines and materials. He also contributes to permitting and plan development. Matt’s role is key to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and align with Concord’s operational and investment objectives.

Hans Schindler is a results-driven Construction Manager with more than 30 years of industry experience and over two decades of leadership throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. He specializes in managing complex construction projects across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

As a former business owner, Jan successfully operated his own construction firm for eight years, gaining extensive expertise in project management, budgeting, and client relations. His deep knowledge of the Chicagoland market, combined with his hands-on field experience, makes him a trusted leader in navigating the complexities of large-scale construction and development projects.
